what are some good hair straightners to use? liike the brand name? %26amp; like low priced ones too.Hair straighteners?
it depends how expensive you want to go...i work at an ulta beauty store/salon....CHI would be considered the best but your looking in the hundreds for it. another would be the 1'; FHI technique G2 pink edition which also works well that is around $70. my favorite though would be ';salon creations'; 1 1/4th'; professional ceramic straightening iron. it works just as good for half the price...its only like $35 at any sally salon store. i have that one and i love it. its been the best and does a great job considering i have very wavey %26amp; thick hair. =]Hair straighteners?
i've used the conair ceramic straightners for like 6 yrs .. i love them ive only had to replace it once %26amp; it only costs $24 .. my friend has a really expensive one %26amp; it does the same thing that mine does except it burns her hair.. with the conair straightener ive never burned my hair %26amp; it gets my hair completely straight it really works so why pay soO much money for a ';designer'; straightener when you can pay $24 for the same thing

but if your looking for something cheaper


the i would go with Conair


but i wouldnt recommend it


it takes too long to heat up and burns your hair


make sure when your straightening your hair put in an anti thermal to protect your hair against damage

you wanted low price and eveyone that says chi is so great must have the money to dish out or parents do. My friend has a chi and that is what they use at most salons but I love my revlon flat iron, I got from walmart. I also have a vidal sasson and it sucks compared to my revlon one. Even though I have thought about getting a chi I don't want to spend the money when I have a cheap one that works great. I am a stay at home mom and I watch HSN and they had one on there that is expensive but doesn't burn you hair like every other flat irob including the chi. I would save for that but not the chi.

Go to Rite Aid and buy a hot iron. They are like 25 dollars and they work miricles. My hair can NOT be straighten with a blow dryer or just any **** I repeat CAN NOT but I went there and bought ';Remington Wet2straight'; and it WORKED!








Honey I cried I was amazed that my hair could be straightend!


I might sound like a commercial but I dont trust another brand!

i like conair. don't listen to all the idiots who tell you to get a chi. they're not ';better'; for your hair. if anything, they're worse. they heat up to 400-some degrees, and idiots feel that they need these professional tools because they're expensive and need to have the ';best';.
my hair straightner is revlon.


its relly good. i have the black and gold one.


its from walmart $20. its reli cheap and works good.


but you should get the white one that says ceramic on it because that doesnt damage your hair as much.

My friend has a $100 straightener from Bedhead. She said it works like magic. But I bought a $15.00 one from Target two years ago and it works like a billion dollar one. It's from Conair.
i have a remington. it is pink and brown and you can get it at target. it works really well for me and i have curly hair too. i blowdry my hair first though. chi is really good but it costs a lot depending on what salon you get it from.
there aren't any cheap straighteners that are good for your hair, no matter what the packaging says. the only thing i can recommend is that you save money to get a good straightener like a chi or sedu because they are usually around $100
i have always used conair..the gold plated one's.


my skinny one was only about 30 bucks and it is amazing.


i've tried a silver plated wet-dry one..it wasn't very good and only lasted about 3 months.
