In Poland, can I use a 500-1600 watt converter there for laptop, hair dryer, and hair straightener?

Hair dryers, you can get ones that have a switch to switch between 120 volts and 240 volts. I have a hair dryer like that. The same with hair straightener. Then you just need the $2 plug converter.



I'm saying, you really don't want to buy an expensive converter, and lug it all around, it is heavy. It is probably cheaper to get appliances that run off both voltages. Or just buy new ones in Poland.

If you flying from USA you have to buy adapter becouse convertor on the voltage in the USA is 110-120 V but In Poland they have 220-230V .
