What is a good hair straightener for about $50?

Trying to buy my sister a decent hair straightener, but im not sure if i should go for a tourmaline ceramic no name brand, or if i should go for a name brand, non-ceramic hair straightener. Any suggestions?What is a good hair straightener for about $50?

jilbere de paris it goes up to 450 degress for maxium straightning and if you want to turn it down a notch it has temperture control setting and its titanium and triples the negative ions in your hair so hair can be pin stright silky and shiny its like 54 dollars but 4 dollars more thats nothing u can get it at sallys beauty supply store

Remington Wet2Straight, it's really good %26amp; it's only like $30.
I heard about this on called a 'Cortex' and it costs 35$ and i've heard it works great!
