I bought some hair straighteners from ebay, and after 2 months i've realised they're fake!?

i bought a pair of ghd hair straighteners from ebay exactly 2 months ago, and there was no way to tell that they were fake.

now, they keep turning off and on whilst im using them, and when i tried to put in the verification code on the website, it said it wasn't recognised. is there any way i can get my money back?

what shall i email the seller with, if at all?

i spent 拢70 on them, which is a lot for a 14 year old tbh.I bought some hair straighteners from ebay, and after 2 months i've realised they're fake!?

report the item/seller to ebay they should help you out loads.

i have done so in the past and got my money back.

as u can tell from my pic not for straighteners as I've got no hair lol
contact ebay not the seller. ur best doing it this way. youve gota be careful you get sum dodge people on there. but ebay will sort u out.
hahaha

shouldnt buy things like that off ebay which people can easily fake more fool you!!!!!!
go to ebay and report it as an item being mis-sold, thoroughly check the whole listing to make sure the seller didnt say anywhere that they were copys. you might have a time limit so do it as quickly as you can, if ebay decline, PHONE paypal and explain that theres no way you knew to tell they were fake until they broke.

i hope you get something back hun. x
