Does anyone know if the generic chi hair straightener at sallys is as good as the real one?

I have really curly almost coarse hair -Does anyone know if the generic chi hair straightener at sallys is as good as the real one?
i used to work there.


and yes it is good. for a lot less money, and they have a good return policy if you are not happy, and now they have a thing where you can buy a warrenty for any appliance .





as for the irons, what type of curly coarse hair? are you white, black, italian, or other? i ask because when it comes to the hair it matters a bit. every hair type does well with ceramic. but then you can go a step up say if you are african and need more heat then they have some that will go to 450 degrees, but if like me, white, then i need some heat but only need it to go about 250-300 degrees and its enough..
