Would you say the GHD straighteners that are for the thickest of hair will be okay to use on shoulder length hair? I bought the biggest plate ones for my mums birthday and she's wondering if she might need the slightly smaller plate because her hair is not very thick and is shorter then mine. i have long hair, between thick and fine really but i want her to keep the thick ones. i just think they work better and keep your hair straighter for longer as well then thinner plates because i have experienced both. hahaha i kinda rambled on but help would be nice and like what you use for your hair and stuff if you get me. i'll choose best answer and stuff! thank you xxGHD Hair Straighteners - The Biggest Plate For Shoulder Length Hair?

The following three ghds are designed for a specific type of hair (it may be that you've bought ghds that don't suit your hair!):
ghd mini styler - designed for very short/fine/boys hair.
ghd IV styler - designed for normal length and thickness hair.
ghd salon styler - designed for long/thick/Afro-Caribbean hair.
Each one of these are the best straightening when it comes to their suited hair types.
It sounds to me like your mum needs the Iv stylers!!

Umm well it doesn't really matter. All I say is that you use it properly... But straighteners... Why need them Lol just go wild and free with curly hair like me.
