What is the best hair straightener? For thick, wavy hair?

My straighter that I have now works really well and the straightened result looks natural and all straight. It doesn't look like those girls who burn the crap out of their hair. But, it takes me a while to straighten my hair. Is there a straightener that I can use to straighten my hair well in minimal time that won't cause too much damage? Thanks! What is the best hair straightener? For thick, wavy hair?
get the 2 陆'; CERAMIC Str8 IRON (it's the 5th one down)

i have extremely thick hair and it's wavy too %26amp; it seriously takes me like 7-10 minutes straighten it no joke, this thing is amazing.

it is a little prices actually a lot pricy but i got mine in TJ Maxx it says the price is like $165, but in tjmaxx i got it for 39.99.. and it's amazing

oh and it totally does not burn your hair everyone asks if i put anything in my hair cause it doesn't like burned but i don't put anything in it %26amp; i like straighten my hair every day, %26amp; i use like the cheapest shampoo that's in the grocery store :)

o omg my hair is soooo thick and extreamly wavy i us wet to dry and it makes my hair so soft and stright and paper thin i love it so much
Paul Mitchell Smothing Iron. you can buy it at paul mitchell salons, maybe even some beauty supply stores. its AWESOME. best one i have ever used.
Definatly the chi, it heats up really high and works great!
Look for a electric straighting comb.
well ive read that ionic blowdryers make your hair un-frizzy and like they r supposed to straighten ur hair i think.
Paul Mitchell I love it!
Well I would defineately reccommend a Chi but no one wants to pay two hundred dollars for a straightener. The best straighteners are the thin ones. Try a Conair Infiniti. I've heard it works wonders. One of the best straighters are FHI straighteners. You could try out straighteners at kiosks (the little carts that people try to sell you things off of) in the mall. The straighteners at the kiosks are actually really good. People just dont feel like stopping to use them. Because straighteners these days can go up to burning temperatures, I suggest getting a heat protection serum. TRY: Sunsilk Straight to Perfection Straighten Up Heat Defense Creme.
